Do I need a credit card?

We only accept cash payments, the payment is handled to the driver after delivery.

Which documents are needed to pick up a rental car?

Mostly we won’t ask you for any documents but we might ask you for name list in order to make secure if police stopped the car there won’t be any problem.

What is included in the transport?

Can I rent a specific car model?

Yes when you choose a specific model we are going to send same model you’ve chosen.

Can I change my booking and do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

If any urgent matter happened to you (you were late at the airport, you could not find the representative) or any other matter, we ask you to contact us, whether via WhatsApp or a call.
We are sending a private car to you, and your failure to come causes a loss to our company

If there was a no show then we will kindly ask you to send us a 50% of the total cost.

Is there any additional fee?

We wont ask for any additional fee, only if there is any special request other than the random transport, then an additional fee will be applied.
